Soft Tacos
This recipe makes approximately 18-20 small soft tacos - dinner for 4-6 people.
Why tacos are the perfect dish to serve to ALL guests:
I love tacos! And it's one of my absolute go-to dishes when we have guests over. Because it's super easy to make, and for me it's comfort food, while being healthy and full of crunchy vegetables if you want. And finally, it's a great dish to share, both because all the side dishes can be placed on the table for social dining, but at the same time everyone can eat according to their preferences and possible allergens.
That's why I think it's a perfect go-to meal to serve, so everyone can share the same meal without feeling left out or different, regardless of whether you have celiac disease, are vegetarian or lactose intolerant.
And they're so easy to make!

55 g oil (I used sunflower)
Method:
Whisk the HUSK and water until jelly. Mix salt into the flour. Add the flour and the oil a little at a time.Voila! Let the dough rest covered for half an hour. Divide the dough into 18-20 pieces and roll out. Fry the tacos in a hot pan for a short time on both sides.
Tips and storage:
〰️ I buy Hasa Marina in Kunst og Køkkentøj in Aarhus, which is a specialty store. I have found Hasa Marina in well-rated supermarkets as well, and of course online. I have successfully used both the white and the blue one.
〰️ You can use 100% Hasa Marina if you love the authentic taste of corn.
〰️ The tacos keep well for 2-3 days and just warm them up before use for the softest tacos (they may crack if they are completely cold)
〰️ The tacos are freezer safe.
〰️ You can easily roll out your tacos with a regular rolling pin. Of course, you can also use a taco press. And finally, you can roll out the dough and cut out round tacos with a cutter, e.g. diameter 10-12 for perfectly round tacos.
