Chocolate Fudge - 4 ingredient
This recipe makes approximately 20 servings
Chocolate fudge is a delicious little bite that melts in your mouth. And you only need 4 basic ingredients. Just lovely, right? I'd like to comment on the last ingredient* - you can pretty much use whatever you want. Isn't that great? You can use your favorite chocolate bar, you can use marzipan balls and chocolate Santas if it's Christmas, and you can use Easter eggs if it's Easter.
Either way, here's a super easy, no bake recipe that you can whip up in no time and will look impressive in any candy bowl.
What's more, this delicious fudge makes a great and personalized hostess gift for your Easter party, Christmas party or summer party - just decorate it however you like, depending on the season. Put some small bites in a jam jar and tie a cute ribbon around it. Voila!
Chokoladefudge
Preparation: >30 minutes Setting time: 2 hours Total: > 2t. 30minutes
Ingredients
This recipe makes approximately 20 servings
250 g. dark chocolate, I used Callebaut 811 at 54.5%.
150 g white chocolate + 50 g for decoration ( optional )
1 can of condensed milk (397 g)
50 g butter
garnish: *150 g. seasonal chocolate, or your favorite + 50 g. For decoration - I like to use a mix of chocolate eggs and something with marzipan ( optional )
Method:
Put baking paper in a mold. Mine measures 21x21 cm.
Put everything EXCEPT the garnish in a saucepan. Heat it over medium heat, stirring until the chocolate is melted. When the chocolate is melted, set a timer for 5 minutes and stir constantly. When the time is up, add the fudge. Pour the mixture into your mold. Melt the white decorating chocolate in the microwave (can be omitted) and decorate the fudge with it.Sprinkle with decorations as you like.
Cool completely, min. 2 hours, and cut into small bites ( approximately 20)
Tips and storage:
〰️ The fudge will keep for at least 14 days in the fridge if you can wait that long to eat it.
〰️ Decorate with whatever chocolate you like. Or maybe a small edible flower for a more summery look.
〰️ The fudge can be frozen.
〰️ You can easily omit the white decorative chocolate on top. I just think it gives it a nice finish. The decorative chocolate on top doesn't need to be tempered, just melted. I do it in 10 second intervals in the microwave.
〰️ Crush your chocolate eggs with something flat instead of cutting them with a knife.
〰️ You can use whatever you like for both filling and decoration. I think a mix of Easter eggs with marzipan and dragé eggs is super delicious, but you can also use biscuits, marshmallow or other chocolate.
